Joseph Tacopina

Joseph Tacopina is an acclaimed New York personal injury attorney.  Selected by his peers as one of New York’s Superlawyers, Mr. Tacopina has a reputation of brilliance, both in and out of the court room.  Attorney Tacopina started his legal career as a prosecutor, and later migrated to criminal defense law, trying over 80 cases at the young age of 38.  Mr. Tacopina has earned national media commendation as a well respected legal analyst for MSNBC, CNBC, NBC, ABC, Fox News, CNN, and Court TV.  His high profile federal and state cases have drawn the attention and admiration of fellow attorneys, nationwide media sources, and the New York community.
